Tanya Varga is an In-Home Personal trainer, bootcamp and fitness instructor.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. I come to you in your home. We use your gear or I can bring gear.

I wanted to make fitness as easy as possible for people to incorporate into their lives, and in-home training is the best way to do it. Gym’s are a waste of time and money. With proper design, an excellent workout can be had with very little space and minimal equipment.

If your fitness goal is weight loss we will analyze your diet and make small changes to your daily in-take.

Single participant sessions are $90
Double participant sessions are $120

PARENTS: your children can hang around during your training session. I have trained many parents in their homes with children bouncing around. I have two rambunctious boys myself. I let you know this so your children are not the excuse.




BOOT CAMP

Outdoor Bootcamp Year Round!

Spring, summer and fall bootcamps run for 10 consecutive weeks per session. Attend any one class per week.

$220 taxes in.

Wednesday’s: 6:30pm May to November

Donnybrook Park (Islington & Dundas) Directions
Monday’s: 12:00pm May to November
Wednesday’s: 12:00pm May to November

Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced. This is a non-competitive and supportive environment! Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle; I have the rest, dumbbells, medicine balls, sandbags etc. Feel free to bring your kids to play in the park while we workout. Babies are welcome too. Many parents have put their babies on blankets during the workout.

Drop-In from Nov to May $22 per class. Yes we workout on top of the snow! The schedule is emailed each Sunday night and is based on weather.
